Counseling Services Offered
Individual
Jessica offers a variety of individual services: Jessica works with clients as young as age 3. Children and adolescents 16 and under are seen in person, while clients 17 and older have the option of in-person or virtual counseling.
Parenting
Parenting can feel overwhelming. Jessica provides a supportive space for parents to grow in confidence, build stronger connections with their families, and gain the tools they may not have received growing up.
